Children’s National Hospital
Pediatric cardiac critical care fellows provide care for critically ill infants, children, and young adults with congenital and acquired heart disease within the Heart Center. Under the supervision of attending physicians, fellows evaluate patients, lead diagnostic workups, and develop management plans. This training prepares fellows for independent practice as cardiac intensivists.
