About this role

This role offers the opportunity to help shape the future of a nationally recognized congenital heart program expanding into a new 29-bed CICU in 2028. The position involves caring for neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients with congenital and acquired heart disease within a high-quality surgical service supported by 24/7 attending coverage and a collaborative statewide network.

Responsibilities

Provide care for neonatal, pediatric, and adult congenital heart disease patients
Deliver 24/7 in-house attending coverage for cardiac intensive care services
Coordinate congenital cardiac and heart failure care across Virginia
