About this role
Provides individualized, outcome-oriented ambulatory nursing care in a pediatric outpatient setting, managing assessment, planning, care delivery, coordination, and outcome evaluation. Acts as a clinical coordinator between physicians, care managers, patients and families to facilitate safe, cost-effective care across the continuum.

Qualifications
- Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing
