- Current NYS Registered Professional Nurse License
- ANCC or AANP Certification
- Current NYS Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) License
- CPR Certification
- Certified Prescriptive Privilege in NYS
- Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) (Preferred)
