Pediatric Respiratory Education Coordinator

The Pediatric Respiratory Education Coordinator supports staff development, clinical education, and safe, evidence-based respiratory care within the Neonatology Department at Johns Hopkins Children’s Center. This role involves coordinating education, orientation, and competency development for respiratory therapists and ECMO specialists while collaborating with leadership to identify learning needs and evaluate educational outcomes. The position also serves as an advanced clinical resource to support complex patient care and promote quality, safety, and professional development.
