Peer Advocate (PA)

The Peer Advocate provides rehabilitation and case management services to clients, serving as a mentor who offers guidance, empathy, and hope based on their own lived experiences. This community-based role involves traveling approximately 50% of the time to assist clients with socialization, coping skills, and other treatment plan goals. The position supports the therapeutic objectives established by clinicians while helping clients stabilize and improve their overall functioning.
