Peer Bridge Mentor

Comunilife is seeking a Peer Bridge Mentor for their El Borinquen Residence Program in the Bronx to assist program participants in promoting recovery, re-housing, and coping skills. The role involves providing emotional support, companionship, and leveraging personal experience with substance abuse, mental illness, or homelessness to help individuals achieve a better quality of life and independence.
