Peer Bridgers support residents in SHARE! Collaborative Housing, an innovative solution to homelessness serving people in single-family homes throughout Los Angeles. The role focuses on developing personal recovery relationships with housing residents to help them achieve their goals and fostering a culture of recovery within the houses. This position involves connecting residents to various self-help centers, support groups, and essential resources while managing case documentation and maintaining good neighbor relations.
