Peer Group Facilitator and Support Worker

The role involves co‑facilitating peer support groups and community activities, using lived experience to inspire hope and support individuals with complex emotional needs and personality difficulties. The position works within a collaborative, psychologically informed team to promote recovery, develop coping strategies, and ensure safe, inclusive service delivery across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.
