Peer Mentor / Case Manager

Under the supervision of the Program Director, this role performs peer mentoring and case management functions for individuals with severe impairments. The position requires lived experience with mental health, justice involvement, or homelessness, along with a strong understanding of psychiatric disorders and substance abuse recovery. The role involves supporting consumers through resource linkage, field trips, and sharing personal experiences to communicate hope and promote sobriety.
