Peer Mentor - North Yorkshire Horizons

The Peer Mentor role supports young people aged 16–24 in Scarborough through the Launch Pad Hub, focusing on early intervention to prevent offending, antisocial behaviour, and disengagement from education or employment. The position involves building trusting relationships, encouraging participation in community projects, and helping participants develop practical skills and positive connections. Mentors work alongside young people to foster independence and guide them toward future opportunities in training, volunteering, or employment.
