Peer Mentor

The Peer Mentor provides peer support, advocacy, and recovery education to individuals in residential and supported living environments at East House, a non-profit organization focused on mental health and substance use recovery. This role promotes empowerment, fosters hope, and assists clients in achieving their recovery and community integration goals through personalized support and resource coordination. The position involves collaborating with program staff and community agencies to remove barriers and facilitate long-term healing.
