Peer Navigator (Day Shift)

The Peer Navigator provides peer-led voluntary services to individuals released from arraignments or with disposed cases, offering short- and long-term resources and referrals to support reentry and stability. This role involves community navigation, advocacy, and collaboration with case managers and external providers to connect participants with essential services such as behavioral health, housing, and employment. The position requires embodying the organization's mission of compassion and understanding while assisting clients in overcoming barriers to successful reintegration.
