Serving as a trusted guide and advocate, the role leverages lived experience to empower participants in navigating the local workforce system and advancing their careers. This position plays a critical role in strengthening the workforce and the City of Los Angeles by providing personalized guidance and resources.
CRCD’s mission is to foster community development via education, workforce development, supportive housing, and community services for low-income residents in South LA.
