Peer Navigator

The Peer Navigator partners with counselors to support treatment programs at Bridgeway Community Health, serving as the primary point of contact for incoming clients. This role focuses on building supportive relationships, assisting with enrollment, and connecting clients to a primary counselor and community resources. The position also involves advocacy, community education, and collaborating with the treatment team to provide comprehensive client care.
