Sonder
As a Peer Practitioner, you will draw on your own lived experience of AOD use and recovery to provide meaningful peer support within the Harm Reduction & Integrated Care portfolio. You will work as part of the multidisciplinary In-Home Withdrawal Service (IHWS) team to support individuals experiencing substance dependence who wish to undertake withdrawal in the comfort and safety of their own home. The role involves providing peer support to individuals, families, and carers across the full spectrum of care, from initial referral through to exit, while championing the voice and experiences of people accessing the service.
