A Peer Provider in Cascadia’s Wellness program offers lived-experience-based support to clients within an integrated healthcare setting at the Garlington Health Center in NE Portland. The role promotes whole health and recovery using a trauma-informed, client-centered approach and supports clients in pursuing personal wellness goals. This is a part-time on-site position (Monday–Friday, 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.) working as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
