Peer Recovery Coach I

The Peer Recovery Coach I engages, inspires, and facilitates meaningful conversations with members served to assist them in exploring, creating, and meeting their own recovery goals. This role provides consultation to the team to promote and reinforce Telecare’s Recovery Culture, ensuring each member’s point of view and preferences are respected and integrated into services. Additionally, the position involves responding to critical situations with high-level engagement and de-escalation skills to support a least restrictive environment for members experiencing mental health or addiction emergencies.
