Peer Recovery Coach

The Peer Recovery Coach provides peer support, advocacy, and education on substance use and recovery to patients and individuals served by the Mobile Response Team. This role involves collaborating with law enforcement and emergency services for home visits, maintaining follow-up contact to ensure ongoing recovery success, and assisting patients in identifying personal strengths and overcoming barriers. The position requires utilizing unique recovery experiences to model hope and encourage community engagement while maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries.
