The Peer Specialist works with young adults aging out of foster care to provide support through Independent Living Services, Extended Foster Care, and other programs. This role involves helping youth navigate barriers to services, connect with community resources, and co-facilitate youth empowerment activities. The position also supports Youth Success Coaches and Case Managers in delivering high-quality care.
