Peer Specialist

Liberty Resources is seeking a Peer Specialist to provide therapeutic support and crisis intervention in a community-based residential program for adults experiencing mental health challenges. The role involves utilizing lived experience to offer recovery-oriented services, health and wellness coaching, and safety planning to help guests stabilize and safely return to their community. This position requires collaboration with healthcare providers and families to develop integrated care plans and prevent unnecessary hospitalizations.
