Peer Specialist

Abode Services is seeking a Peer Specialist for its Outreach program in San Jose, CA, to provide outreach, case management, and rehabilitative services to individuals experiencing homelessness with serious mental health disorders, substance use disorders, and/or chronic health conditions. The role involves engaging with participants, linking them to community services, assisting with goal setting and public benefits, and supporting them through the criminal justice and court systems. This part-time position requires a valid California driver's license and bilingual skills in Spanish, Mandarin, Vietnamese, or Tagalog.
