Peer Support Coordinator

The Mecklenburg County Sheriff's Office is seeking a Peer Support Coordinator to manage and facilitate the Peer Support Team, ensuring effective communication and timely responses to peer support requests. This role involves developing policies, training programs, and coaching initiatives to support the organization's peer support goals and retention efforts. The coordinator will also maintain tracking systems and serve as a liaison between the peer support team and other MCSO departments.
