Peer Support Counselor

The Peer Support Counselor assists guests at a collaborative homeless resource center with accessing shelter, housing resources, and other services while maintaining a safe and supportive environment. The role involves engaging with individuals experiencing homelessness or trauma to discuss housing goals, provide encouragement, and de-escalate disruptive incidents. This full-time overnight position requires a compassionate individual with strong customer service skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse staff and community partners.
