Peer Support Specialist

Lutheran Community Services NW is seeking a Peer Support Specialist to provide one-on-one and group support to youth and families, helping them navigate care systems and achieve personal goals. The role involves collaborating with professional and community partners during planning meetings, maintaining timely case documentation, and participating in on-call rotations. This position requires lived experience in mental health services or as a parent/guardian to effectively relate to and advocate for diverse clients.
