Peer Support Specialist

The Peer Support Specialist creates and facilitates support groups for pregnant and parenting mothers participating in the AZYP Linking Actions for Healthy Mothers and Babies program. This role involves providing direct peer support based on lived experience, helping participants develop parenting skills, and utilizing trauma-informed approaches. The position requires collaboration with staff, attendance at training, and completion of reporting requirements.
