Peer Support Specialist

Basecamp is seeking a Peer Support Specialist to provide guidance, coaching, and support to individuals with mental illness and/or substance abuse problems as part of a multi-disciplinary team. The role focuses on enhancing patient recovery through individualized support, resource training, and advocacy while working closely with residents, families, and other providers. This position requires maintaining professional standards, confidentiality, and active participation in team meetings and supervision.
