The Peer Support Specialist is a fully integrated member of the treatment team who leverages lived experience as a mental health services recipient to provide individualized community-based support. This role focuses on building trusting relationships, promoting consumer self-determination, and offering valuable insights to the treatment team to support individualized care and recovery. The position is a daytime, full-time, office-based role that requires transportation and active engagement with clients and community resources.
