The Peer Support Worker role involves using personal lived experience of mental health challenges to build trusting relationships and support individuals in their recovery journey. The position focuses on empowering others, fostering connection, and promoting choice and independence through one-to-one and group-based peer support. This role is part of a multidisciplinary team delivering person-centred services across Norwich and East Norfolk.
