PEO Program Development and Launch

This role involves creating and launching a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) program, driving growth and revenue expansion through strategic sales and account management. The successful candidate will lead the design, development, and operational infrastructure of the PEO program while building and managing a high-performing team. The position requires expanding into additional executive-level account management for other group segments and fostering strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
