A People Advisor at Waythrough, one of England’s largest mental health and social support charities formed in 2024. This is a region-based, hybrid permanent role (37 hours/week) located in North/West Yorkshire, supporting the organisation’s People/HR function across services in the region. The role sits within the People team and is part of a purpose-driven charity operating across nearly 200 services.
