People Advisor

The People Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for the People function at Prolegis, managing the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding while ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting early career recruitment initiatives. This role involves collaborating with various internal teams, including Rewards, Learning & Development, and Resourcing, to deliver seamless people operations and enhance employee engagement. The position also requires administering regulatory processes and supporting the firm's diversity and inclusion efforts.
