The People Analytics Analyst is a member of the People Analytics and Compensation team at Cook Children’s, supporting HR strategy by maintaining analytics functions and systems that inform compensation and workforce decisions. The role reports to the Manager of People Analytics and Data and collaborates across HR functions to enable data-driven decision making. The position requires knowledge of employment and wage-hour laws and an understanding of compensation and HR frameworks.
