About this role

As a People Analytics Analyst on Workday's People Data Foundations & Insights team, you will build analytical insights to help business leaders scale and grow the company. You will drive automation and data governance, analyze complex business problems using internal and external data sources, and develop analytics tools to inform decisions about people, culture, and leadership. This role requires collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that optimize decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

Automate data insight reporting using Workday and external analytical tools
Ensure data quality by documenting field and filter usage and establishing testing techniques
Consult with stakeholders to identify desired outcomes and advise on best data-driven methods
Develop and execute insights that inform decision-making around people, culture, and leadership
Implement research findings in Workday technology through Prism, dashboards, and Extend

Skills

Qualifications

Master's degree in Computational Social Sciences, Management Sciences, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field2+ years of experience in Data Science, Talent Analytics, Survey Design and Analysis, or People AnalyticsWorkday experience in Report Writer, Prism Analytics, dashboards, and domain securityProficiency in business intelligence and analytics toolsKnowledge of scripting and query languages (Python, R, SQL)
