People Analytics and Process Lead, APAC

This role focuses on driving workforce insights and analytics across the APAC region, designing Power BI dashboards, and owning people metrics and reporting standards. The position involves leading the digitalisation of People processes within SAP SuccessFactors and collaborating with technology teams to automate operations in high-volume Food & Beverage settings. Stakeholder management and the integration of regional data models are also key aspects of the position.
