An Employee Benefits Summer Intern at Mastercard will support the Benefits team on strategic and operational projects to help deliver a high-quality employee benefits experience. The role provides hands-on exposure to the design, administration, communication, and governance of employee benefit programs and to the use of technology and AI in HR. The intern will work cross-functionally with HR, vendors, and internal stakeholders and gain practical experience applicable to a career in Human Resources and Total Rewards.
