People Business Partner - Temporary contract (maternity leave)

About this role
The People Business Partner will support the Ops and People teams by driving people and organizational initiatives and delivering project work to develop and retain talent. The role reports to the VP People and balances day-to-day partnering with approximately 40% project responsibility around talent, performance and compensation cycles. It is a part-time position based in Lille (three days per week) with occasional travel to the Paris HQ.
