People Coordinator

Matter, a VC‑backed cleantech scale‑up, is seeking a People Coordinator to support the employee lifecycle and deliver a high‑quality People service across the business. The role involves HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and international travel administration, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with the Head of People, the coordinator will help build scalable HR processes and enhance the employee experience as the company grows.
