People & Culture Advisor

Dulcedo is seeking a People & Culture Advisor to serve as the primary advisory presence for its 100+ employee workforce across Canada and the U.S. The role focuses on the human side of the business, including employee relations, manager guidance, and shaping the employee experience. This position involves leading key moments in the employee lifecycle, from performance cycles to difficult conversations and exits, while refining HR policies and practices.
