People & Culture Executive

Aldar Education is seeking a People & Culture Executive to support its schools in the UAE by managing the full employee lifecycle, including payroll coordination, onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations. The role serves as the first point of contact for school-based colleagues, ensuring consistent delivery of People & Culture processes, policies, and systems. This position involves collaborating with cluster and HQ teams to maintain accurate employee records, process benefits, and support recruitment activities.
