People & Culture Manager

The People & Culture Manager leads and develops the People & Culture function across Queen Morta School and its kindergartens in Lithuania, ensuring alignment with local employment legislation and organizational standards. This role involves overseeing recruitment, payroll coordination, HR budgets, talent development, employee engagement, and employee relations. The successful candidate will work closely with school and kindergarten leadership teams to shape a consistent, effective, and people-focused HR function within a growing educational organization.
