People & Culture Trainee

The People & Culture trainee supports the department's daily operations by assisting with talent acquisition, personnel administration, internal communications, training, and employee experience initiatives. This role offers a 6 to 8-month program starting in February or March 2027, providing hands-on experience in hotel management and people operations. The position is based in Ibiza and requires fluency in English and Spanish.
