People Excellence CoE Specialist

The People Excellence CoE Specialist at Sanofi Canada partners with global and local Centers of Excellence to execute and support People & Culture initiatives across Canada. The role focuses on operationalizing HR programs, ensuring compliance with the People & Culture operating model, and enhancing employee experience through process execution and self-service enablement. It works closely with internal HR teams and service centers to maintain HR service delivery standards and data accuracy.
