Knak is seeking an AI-forward HR Generalist to serve as the operational backbone of their People function, ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle and exceptional employee experience. This role involves managing HR systems, supporting recruitment, maintaining compliance, and driving employer branding initiatives within a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment. The ideal candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and leverage automation to improve overall People Operations.

Qualifications
