People Graduate

DT Infrastructure is seeking a People Graduate to join the People and Culture team for the major Marinus Link Stage 1 infrastructure project. In this role, you will manage the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment of hundreds of workers, employee relations, learning and development, and building a positive workplace culture across multiple sites.
