People (HR) Director

The People (HR) Director will own the complete people function, reporting directly to the President and driving strategy, culture, recruiting, performance, payroll, benefits, and compliance. This role serves as a strategic advisor to leadership, builds organizational structure, and enhances the employee experience across the full lifecycle. The position requires a hands-on executor with strong business acumen to manage talent acquisition, performance management, and HR operations in a manufacturing environment.
