About this role

The People HRIS Data & Analytics Consultant will partner with the Head of People Operations to improve the accuracy, consistency, and usability of employee data across HR systems. This role involves taking ownership of data cleanup, establishing BambooHR as the primary source of truth, and developing reliable reporting and analytics to support business decisions. The consultant will also support upcoming system and process enhancements, including payroll, job architecture, and onboarding workflows.

Responsibilities

Audit and standardize employee data across HRIS platforms
Develop reporting dashboards and automate recurring reports
Support system enhancements and new HCM migration
