The People Insights Specialist owns programs that monitor and measure Hagerty's relationship with employees, members, partners, and enthusiasts, focusing on their perceptions and experiences with the brand and as a place to work. The role involves managing the experience management platform, analyzing data to identify themes, and presenting findings to stakeholders to drive business understanding.
