Ruffwear
The People Leader is responsible for managing daily operations of Ruffwear’s Return Authorization and shipping/receiving processes, supervising the Returns team and contract workers. This role oversees return processing, inventory management, outbound shipments, and acts as a liaison between Customer Experience, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
