People Operations Coordinator

The People Operations Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for employees across the APJC region, helping to ensure a smooth and positive employee journey as Cloudflare expands. The role focuses on maintaining accurate people data, supporting regional people programs like performance and compensation cycles, and acting as a liaison to specialized teams such as Payroll and Benefits. This position supports the overall employee experience by creating clear resources and identifying process improvements. The coordinator will work closely with internal teams to uphold confidentiality and deliver consistent, high-quality service to employees.
